Can I modify/customize my E-VéLO?
Yes, you can! The warranty on the motor and battery will stay intact.
What payment options do you have?
Other than cash, you can pay via bank transfer, your credit card, BPI direct debit, PayMaya or Billease installment financing.
Alternatively you can also purchase our eBikes via Lazada and Shoppee, which have periodic promotions for credit card installments.
Can I have my E-VéLO serviced by my preferred bike shop?
Yes, our bikes can easily be maintained and every qualified bicycle mechanic should be able to assist you. The warranty will not expire should you choose to do maintenance this way.
How long does the battery last?
Our batteries are designed for approximately 1000 charging cycles. Proper charging and discharging do influence the lifespan of batteries. We recommend following the instructions in the owner’s manual.
How do I know what size E-VéLO is right for me?
Contrary to popular belief, the tire size (we have 26″, 27.5″, and 29″) is not as important as the height of the “Seat Tube”. Each bike has a different geometry and depending on your height, ride style and terrain, we can recommend the perfect fit.
Do I need a license to ride an eBike?
No, you do not need a license or registration to ride an eBike. But you should wear a helmet at all times!
Can I order "out of stock" bikes?
Yes, you can! Some models do sell out quick, so you can pre-order at any time and we will advise you on the delivery schedule and reservation fee.
I'm in the province. Can you ship to my town?
E-VéLO arranges shipping throughout the Philippines by LBC. We do have a preferential shipping rate and pass the cost on to our customers without markup. Get in touch with us for an estimate. Note that you will have to assemble the bike yourself in this instance.
I live outside Metro Manila. Do I get warranty?
Certainly! Should there be any defect on the E-VéLO within the warranty period we will fix it for you. Call us for the details and we will offer a solution. Shipping costs, should there be any, will be to your account.
How do I return/exchange an item?
Items must be returned either by mail or you can drop it off at our warehouse location in Pasig between the working hours of 9:00am-5:30pm Mon-Fri within 7 days of purchase.
