The warranty extends to the motor, battery, controller/screen and the basic bike (inclusive of derailleurs, shifters and breaks). Remember that damage due to accidents, misuse or common wear and tear such as punctures in tires and the like are not covered by your warranty.
Should there be any defect on the E-Vélo within the warranty period we will fix it for you. Call us for the details and we will offer a solution. Shipping costs, should there be any, will be to your account.
